Hi and welcome back to summer swim! As you all know, it takes our entire village to run a swim meet and with the new system this year, I just wanted to send a few reminders!

1. There is not a sign-up genius this year. You signed up for your slot when you registered. To view your sign-up, simply navigate to “My Account” in Swimtopia and your volunteer role is listed there.
2. I will send a reminder out to volunteers a few days before each meet. Check-in will be at the front desk again this year. Please let me know as soon as you arrive so that we can check you in. Volunteers are expected to arrive between 5 and 5:30 as the volunteer meeting takes place prior to the meet. If you are running late or run into any issues, please let me know as soon as possible!
3. If you swap with anyone, please let me know that too ASAP so I know who to expect on meet day!  I will need to make the adjustments in the system.
